EXECUTIVE TEAM

MICHAEL S. McEWEN Mr. McEwen is the Chief Executive Officer of McEwen & Associates, Inc. McEwen & Associates was started over twenty years ago by Mr. McEwen’s father. Prior to joining his father in the business, Mr. McEwen attended the Naval Academy in Annapolis and served in the Navy. Immediately following military service, Mr. McEwen received executive training as a manager for Iron Mountain just prior to joining McEwen & Associates. Mr. McEwen’s life long work experience in medicine is reflected in his relentless pursuit of sound business practices for physicians. Mr. McEwen has devoted his life to managing physician practices enabling doctors to focus on patient care. His passion for managing profitable physician practices is reflected in the trust granted to him by the physicians he serves. The vision of McEwen & Associates is to provide the necessary support services that a physician needs to have a profitable practice.

JIM LIVINGSTON Mr. Livingston is the Chief Operating Officer of McEwen & Associates, Inc. Prior to joining McEwen & Associates, Mr. Livingston managed companies in various capacities for private equity firms. He has served in a number of capacities over the course of his career including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Operations of the Dallas Mavericks. Mr. Livingston has served on the Baylor Medical Center Foundation Board, and as a board member developed a strong interest in serving the medical needs of others. He has since devoted his energies to working with physicians, bringing his business strengths to assist physicians in managing their practice. Mr. Livingston has been a member of the NBA Board of Governors and is currently a member of the SMU Mustang Club. Mr. Livingston is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, and a former All-Southwest Conference Defensive Back.
